What is integrity check?

Sometimes when archive files are transferred over the internet or copied over floppy disks they can become corrupted.
Alpha ZIP lets you check the integrity.

To check the integrity of an archive file:

  1. Select the archive in Windows Explorer.
  2. Right-click on the selected archive. A menu will pop up.
  3. From the menu, choose Alpha ZIP -> Test Archive
  4. A window will be displayed that contains the result of the test.
