How to Convert an Archive?
If you have a certain type of archive and you want to convert it into another type archive, Alpha ZIP will help you achieve this with the Convert Archive function.
To convert an archive do the following:
- Select the archive you want to convert
- Right-click on the selection to view the context menu
- From the menu choose Convert Archive
- Fill in the file name for the new archive and select the type of archive you want. Use the browse button if you need to select a path for the new archive to be created. Click OK button when done.
The new converted archive will have the same content as the original.
